Booking and Pricing

  • While guests may choose to split up the cost amongst themselves, the home is rented out for $650/night and holds 16 guests.

  • The whole house must be rented due to Hawaii’s mid-term rental policies.

  • There is a minimum stay of 30 days due to Bill 41 which was passed to protect local homeowners. If you are staying in Oahu less than 30 days, please still reach out. We’d love to help make your experience on the island as amazing as possible!

Accommodations and Amenities

  • There are a plethora of amenities. You may be better off giving us a call, but here is a non-exhaustive list:

    Air Conditioning, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Surfboards, Boogie Boards, Beach Umbrellas, Washer/Dryer, Linens/Towels, Toiletries, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Bluetooth Speaker, Board Games, Lanai (Outdoor Patio), Swimming Pool, Pool Floats, Lounge Chairs, Yard Games, Outdoor Grill, Coffee Maker, Blender, Free Parking, and MORE!

  • Yes, there is parking for multiple vehicles on our residential street. It is a safe neighborhood!

  • The Personal Trip Advisor will reach out to you once your stay has been booked to help you make the most of your time in Hawaii. They are your personal guide during your time on the island, ensuring your experience is everything you have dreamed of!

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Here's a basic cancellation policy you can include in the FAQ section for your rental home:

    Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility. Please review the following cancellation guidelines:

    • Cancellation within 30 days of check-in: Full refund.

    • Cancellation between 15-30 days of check-in: 50% refund.

    • Cancellation within 15 days of check-in: No refund.

    To cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellations made after check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

    For emergencies or special circumstances, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
